Incredibles 2 – Teaser 1 – Craig T Nelson

Incredibles 2
Incredibles 2 follows a film I never got round to seeing properly. Yes, I know CGI movies aren’t my bag (and so should you, by now), but I still felt it might be worth a look. I think I managed about 20 minutes, in the end.

However, this time around, Bob Parr aka Mr Incredible (Craig T Nelson) is left to care for his baby, Jack-Jack, while Helen aka Elastigirl (Holly Hunter) is out saving the world. And that’s all that’s known about the plot so far.

Writer/Director: Brad Bird
Also stars: Samuel L Jackson, Catherine Keener, John Ratzenberger, Sarah Vowell, Huck Milner

Incredibles 2 is released in the UK on July 13th, 2018.

Despite the fact Mike Myers plays Mike Myers in everything he does, Shrek was one of the only CGI films I ever really enjoyed, until three years later the Incredibles came out, and I really loved it! (The Gamecube game of it is imprinted in my mind, its still one of my favourites!)
Ok, maybe I loved it because my two little boys loved it too, and being a single mum it was hard finding things for us three to do together, so we saw it at the cinema, and it was epic, so much so for the first time ever I took them to see it twice! (although they never knew it was because I was given free tickets lol) x
I loved the characters, Samuel L Jacksons ‘Frozone’ was my favourite and not used enough for my liking, but still, I liked it, it made Superheros real again for my kids, and we have been waiting a bloody long time for the next one! Its funny, because now my two little girls are the same ages that their two brothers were when the first one came out!
    God, I hope there’s not a third instalment…

  • I’ll have to catch up with the first one at some point, although while it’s been a fair time since I last owned a Gamecube, I had a go on an old Star Wars game on a Gamecube at one of the Play Expo events, and it’s amazing what great fun the game was and how playable it still feels.

The first one was only Pixar film I haven’t liked. Won’t be rushing to see this. Up was my favourite Pixar movie (not really suitable for a sequel though)
