UK Top 100 Music chart summary & my views w/e February 8th 2014

February 8th 2014

Staying at at No.1 in the UK Top 100 Music Chart w/e February 8th 2014 is Clean Bandit Feat. Jess Glynne with Rather Be, and it’s very uninspiring pap pop. How the hell did this get to No.1?

On the plus side, it keeps will.i.am at No.2 with Miley Cyrus, French Montana, Wiz Khalifa & DJ Mustard who are all Feelin’ Myself. Well… not me, but you get what I mean.

The other new entries in the Top 10 come at No.4 and 5, respectively, with Gorgon City Feat. MNEK Ready For You Love, and Katy B with Crying For No Reason.

Meanwhile, here’s the No.31 re-entry – and a song that’s not been in the charts for some time, but is now being seen as an anti-UKIP protest song, The Weather Girls It’s Raining Men:
