UK Top 100 Music chart summary w/e June 16th 2012

UK Top 100 Music chart summary w/e June 16th 2012Climbing from No.11 to No.1 is Gary Barlow & The Commonwealth Band Feat. Military Wives with Sing and it’s the first time in a long time that we’ve actually seen a single climb so far to the top.

Sadly, it’s an overproduced mess… even if it is for charidee…

Normally, at this point I’d include a video link for the song, but I’m not going to for this one, so instead, here’s Grace Jones at the Jubilee Concert.

As such, Rudimental Feat. John Newman drops to No.4 with Feel The Love and it’s a simple dance piece, but nicely crafted. Thumbs up for this.

Eurovision winner Loreen‘s Euphoria was at No.3 last week after climbing from No.85. This week? No.13.

And Leanne Mitchell shows how The Voice has failed, since Run To You goes straight in at… No.45!
