Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a forthcoming episodic graphic adventure game from Deck Nine Games and Square Enix and is the prequel to 2015’s Life Is Strange, focusing on sixteen-year-old Chloe Price (Rhianna DeVries), while Chloe’s original voice actress, Ashly Burch, is on hand as writing consultant. The first episode is out on August 31st.
There will be three chapters and the Deluxe Edition will include the bonus chapter “Farewell” — featuring Max Caulfield from the original game as a playable character — and Mixtape Mode, allowing players to customise playlists with the game’s soundtrack.
Life is Strange: Before the Storm is released on PS4, Xbox One and PC on August 31st.
