Lucy In The Sky now has a full trailer and I’m really looking forward to this. We’ve got a wait for it, though, as it’s not out in the UK until December 6th, even though the US get it on October 4th!

Lucy In The Sky (with diamonds, hence the title of the film and how the trailer leads into the song by The Beatles) stars Natalie Portman in the titular role of Lucy Cola, a female astronaut who, upon returning to Earth from a life-changing mission in space, begins to slowly unravel and lose touch with reality… and you get a feel of that from this, even if it doesn’t delve much into the story… but then that’s why it’s just a teaser, and not a full trailer… even though it goes on for almost three minutes.
This film definitely has a ’70s vibe with her haircut and the style of the environment and everyone around her, so it also made me think of the era of Alien, and did make me wonder if it might be part of that canon, initially… but it’s not.
Lucy In The Sky doesn’t yet have a UK or US release date, but I do want to check this out.
