New entries from No.41-75. See who missed out this time round :
However, it was a bit disconcerting to watch this on MTV2 at lunchtime, whilst tucking into a sandwich, and seeing the lead singer open his mouth tolet a stack of cockroaches fly out!
10 Fatboy Slim – Weapon of Choice / Star 69 *I’ve only heard “Weapon of Choice”, which is a catchy dance track but thevideo has to be seen to be believed, with veteran actor Christopher Walkendancing his way around a hotel lobby as if 20 years younger. 6 Depeche Mode – Dream On *Bordering just right on the balance between ‘mean and moody’ and beingcatchy, this is a welcome return to the charts for Depeche Mode whose musicrarely falters, even now they’re down to a three-piece band. 1 S Club 7 – Don’t Stop Movin’ :O === *1st Week at No.1*I’m really growing tired of these popsters now if they can’t make anythingthat’s not derived from something that’s gone before.
Don’t Stop Movin’ has moments nicked from Madonna’s Vogue and the B-52s’Love Shack.

Dominator’s Top 50 of 2000
18. Coldplay – ShiverGearing up for a single release for “Don’t Panic”, “Shiver” is one of twotracks from last year which made my Top 50, even though I usually don’t acceptmore than one track per artist.
“Shiver” only made No.35 in March last year but was a fantastic upbeat tunewhich still gets regular airplay on MTV2 and was one of the closing tunesfrom the third series of Cold Feet.
It was followed by Yellow (No.4, July 2000) and Trouble (No.10, Nov 2000)
The end bit :
Well, that’s it for now. If you want to be added to the WidescreenVideo and Laserdisc lists, just mail me.
Bye for now,
Dominator
