All Clubbed Up
Christ, another cover version?! Someone please tape her mouth up!
A Top 10 hit with his third single is better than any of the past Fame Academy lot could manage, but I still hate it, and as he gets to the chorus, it *so* sounds like he’s going to break into thechorus from Daniel Bedingfield’s If You’re Not The One.
Peter Andre
After two weeks in a pretend jungle and apparently going out with football-implant-chested model Jordan, this is the third time this track has been released as a single, but the first time it’s made No.1
It could only manage No.53 as an early track in 1995, but got to No.2 in a 1996 re-release. Seeing him onTV, Andre seems like a likeable chap and actually behaving real, compared to all the fakes out there, butmost of his music doesn’t do a lot for me.
This track makes his third No.1 overall after Flava and I Feel You also made the gradde in1996.
This is the 57th single in a row to go straight into the Top 40 at No.1 :
