This week, the No.1 was retained by the X-Factor Finalists with a cover of David Bowie’s Heroes and I sayBleah! It’s a perfect example How to ruin a perfect Bowie song by shitting all over it, all in the name of charidee, even though the sons and daughters of decent people shouldn’t be sent off to warzones to be usedas cannon fodder for the Taliban.
Earlier on, I heard the No.2 single, Ellie Goulding’s cover of Your Song, and I was almost sick. It’s awful!
