All 19 nail-biting episodes of the penultimate season of this much loved show are here for fans to relive. Moretti (Tucci) has a changeling first day as the emergency room is inundated with casualties from the peace rally – including Neela (Parminder Nagra, Bend It Like Beckham, In Your Dreams). Whilst Abby (Maura Tierney, Insomnia, Semi-Pro), Pratt (Mekhi Phifer, 8 Mile, Dawn of the Dead) and Morris (Scott Grimes, American Dad!, Band of Brothers) try to figure out how to handle Moretti’s strict new emergency room procedures.
Abby is also making a serious effort to turn her personal life around but falls back into old habits and gives into temptation while her husband Kovak (Goran Visnjic, Rounders, Elektra) is in Croatia and Dubenko (Leland Orser, Taken, CSI: Las Vegas) faces a crisis in surgery. If all this wasn’t enough a new intern also arrives unexpectedly, and Gates is reassigned.
This award-winning drama has received 19 Emmy Award wins, 92 Emmy Award nominations, 1 Golden Globe Award win and 25 nominations. ER: THE COMPLETE FOURTEENTH SEASON is just what the doctor ordered for all hospital drama fans.
The DVD is released on May 18th, it runs for 900 mins and retails for £44.99 on DVD,but is currently on Amazon at the link above for £31.98.Season 15 is due to be released on September 21st, as per the above link, although that date may change.
