SEGA ANNOUNCES NEW PRICE FOR DREAMCAST
Dreamcast R.R.P. £99.99 with immediate effect

Sega Europe announced on Thursday last week that the award-winning anduniversally-revered gaming console, Dreamcast, will be madeavailable at retail for £99.99 with immediate effect.

In the light of Sega’s recent new business strategy announcements, the newprice point shows the company’s commitment to the Dreamcast platform for theforthcoming year. Sega of Europe will be backing the new price point with afull advertising campaign across trade, specialist and consumer media.In-store promotions will be available at retail level with all good highstreet and independent stores.

In unison with the new price point for Dreamcast, Sega will have over 30titles for release during 2001. Gamers can expect to see stunning games suchas Daytona USA, Sonic Adventure 2, Crazy Taxi 2 and Black & White.
