Song Of Horror is a game on the PS4 and PS5 released by Protocol Games and Raiser Games, and I’m a bit late coming to this, but I gave it a spin.
Synopsis: A 3rd person, fixed-camera survival horror adventure. Fear the Presence, a mysterious entity you cannot fight: stay alert, hide, breathe slowly… Explore cursed places where unseen spirits and lost souls linger in a true horror story for the ages.
So, it plays rather like the original trilogy of Resident Evil games, with the fixed camera look, but while that was something to behold back in the day, here, it feels very dated, as do the graphics. I couldn’t muster any enthusiasm to play much further beyond what you see here, but if this style still appeals to you, then it’s out now on PS4 and PC.
Thanks to Raiser Games for the review code.
