Terminator Genisys is released today on 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD, and a new clip has been released which blends flashes from the film with behind the scenes interview footage from Emilia Clarke and Jai Courtney discussing working with Arnold Schwarzenegger on one of the most iconic film franchises ever made, ending with Arnie saying his classic line!
Hailed as ‘the best Terminator since T2: Judgement Day’ (Mark Hughes, Forbes), this all-star, action packed new chapter sees Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke – Game of Thrones) and her ‘Guardian’ (Arnold Schwarzenegger – The Last Stand), join forces with Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney – A Good Day To Die Hard) to save the world and stop the next evolution of Terminators.
Other cast members cast include Jason Clarke (Malcolm in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) as John Connor, Byung-hun Lee (Storm Shadow in G.I. Joe: Retalliation), Courtney B. Vance (ER, FlashForward, Revenge) as Miles Dyson, plus Doctor Who‘s Matt Smith, and it’s directed by Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World and Game of Thrones).
After finding himself in a new time-line, Kyle Reese teams up with John Connor’s mother Sarah and an aging terminator to try and stop the one thing that the future fears, “Judgement Day”. In addition, Sandrine Holt (House of Cards), turns up as Detective Cheung to arrest Kyle and Sarah when they arrive in 2017.
