Tin Soldier is a forthcoming action thriller movie, starring Jamie Foxx.
Directed by Brad Furman (The Lincoln Lawyer), it stars Jamie Foxx as a charismatic cult leader known as “The Bokushi” and Robert De Niro as Nash Cavanaugh, a former operative enlisted to infiltrate the cult after it starts recruiting disaffected war veterans.
The plot involves a conspiracy where Foxx’s Bokushi builds a heavily armed army of followers; after failed attempts to stop him, the government recruits De Niro’s Nash – a former disciple – to betray the cult and avenge personal losses.
Tin Soldier is released on July 23rd 2025, and we’ll be reviewing it soon.
