Artemis Fowl II (Ferdia Shaw) is a young Irish criminal mastermind, who kidnaps the fairy LEPrecon officer Holly Short (Lara McDonnell) for ransom to fund the search for his missing father in order to restore the family fortune.
I thought this was a period drama based purely on the thumbnail, but it’s clearly not, and I actually found it quite a captivating trailer, and I hope the film is as good, but since it’s Disney, it might just be a load of schmaltzy rubbish.
Artemis Fowl is released in UK cinemas on August 9th 2019.
