Earthion – I wanted to love this, but…
I love shoot-em-ups, and I recorded and released this gameplay as soon as the embargo came, but I’ve only just put digital pen to paper, because I can’t figure out where things have gone round, and for the past week or so, I’ve been looking all over for the solution, but like Bono, I still haven’t found what I’m looking for.
My issue is not that Earthion is difficult, since almost all games in the ’80s were, and this sort of title in the arcades would be no exception, and if this game was playable, I’d be cracking on.
But, listen to the music. It’s all scratchy. I thought it was intentional! But no, I’ve heard the audio from other videos, and just can’t fathom it out. I’ve tried altering the sound settings, I’ve tried leaving them alone, I’ve tried updating the game whenever there is an update, but nothing changes.
I have a beefy PC (specs below), so I know it’s not lacking in that respect. So, if anyone can point me in the right direction, please do!
