Gamesmaster was a fantastic videogames show which I enjoyed in the early 90s on Channel 4, and the public and celebs could win a Golden Joystick on the show. This time, the competitors were Play Your Cards Right dolly-dealers, and models, Emma Noble and Debbie Flint.
The show rang from 1992 to 1998, presented by Dominik Diamond, with The Sky At Night‘s Patrick Moore as the Gamesmaster (right), and this great video below shows Emma and Debbit riding on ‘horses’ in the arcade game Final Furlong, which I remember seeing on TV but I don’t think I ever played.
However, this video shows the last ever winner, and as the girls bounce up and down on the horses, and Debbit later comments and that felt ‘possessed’, Dominik replies, “Yes, I was quite rigid!”, to which Debbie says, “I’m glad we had that effect on you, Dominik” 🙂
