Jurassic World takes place 22 years after the events of the original Jurassic Park, where Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond.
Naturally, things are going to go wrong, but now, two days ahead of schedule, the full trailer has been released. However, like with the teaser, despite the revelation in this trailer which gives us an idea of something new, I just don’t find it that enticing. I know I’ll go and see it, but… will it be any good?
Also, while Steven Spielberg will have a hand in the project, he won’t be directing. That honour goes to Colin Trevorrow. Who? He’s not made any films you’d be aware of. Then again, while the first film was great, the second one was also directed by Spielberg but it stank!
Jurassic World is released in the UK on June 12th 2015, and stars Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Chris Pratt along with Bryce Dallas Howard, Judy Greer, Vincent D’Onofrio and Omar Sy.
