Left Behind tells the tale of a small group of survivors are left behind after millions of people suddenly vanish and the world is plunged into chaos and destruction. So it’s another “end of the world” drama with Nicolas Cage, after 2008’s Knowing, although that was a great piece of escapist entertainment, and this looks like more of the same.
Vic Armstrong also directs Chad Michael Murray, Nicky Whelan and Lea Thompson.
Left Behind doesn’t yet have a UK release date (just a US one of October 3rd), but I do want to see this when it comes out.
