Missing out on a decent chart position in March last year, this is a fantasicupbeat track with clever lyrics that twist about during the chorus. Has tobe heard to be believed.
One Night
The third in the series of Elvis Presley re-releases, last week not only seeing Jailhouse Rock hitthe top, but also out was a limited edition 10″ of All Shook Up which hasn’t troubled the chartssecond time round so must be very limited.
As for my opinion on Elvis’ music? Overrated. Bland. Not relevant to today.
There’s no way all 18 single releases are going to go to No.1.
I don’t blame TOTP for not paying over the odds to show an old clip of a dead man, last Friday. Thelicence fee can be spent on better things. If I was them I wouldn’t have even played the music set to imageslike they did. The Elvis estate is just a business now it’s been sold off by his daughter.
Elvis is dead. Eventually!

This starts a new run of singles going straight in at No.1 which are listedbelow. This is also the 1000th No.1 single, obviously not counting re-releases.
Oh, and as well as it being Elvis’ 20th No.1, it’s also the lowest-selling No.1ever. Downloaded songs are selling in higher numbers than their tangible equivalentso how long before the two charts actually merge? I know it’s coming…
