Just a few days before Christmas and only three films to make mention of: Anchorman 2, Walking with Dinosaurs and… oh dear, Harry Hill.
Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues
With the 70s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to take New York’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.
With a supporting cast that includes Christina Applegate, Jim Carrey, Harrison Ford, Kirsten Dunst, Liam Neeson and Tina Fey, I have to say, I don’t get Will Ferrell. I never have and I never will. I just don’t think he’s the least bit funny.

Walking with Dinosaurs
Using the same name as the BBC TV Series from the late ’90s, the blurb states that for the first time in movie history, audiences will truly see and feel what it was like when dinosaurs ruled the Earth. Walking with Dinosaurs is the ultimate immersive experience, utilizing state of the art 3D to put audiences in the middle of a thrilling and epic prehistoric world, where an underdog dino triumphs to become a hero for the ages.
Full of 3D CGI and with voices including Karl Urban, John Leguizamo and Justin Long, the trailer proclaims this is “The greatest 3D event in 100 million years”. Well, I can see what you did there, but… no, I don’t think so.

Harry Hill: The Movie
Well, the gargantuan plot finds that this film sees Harry Hill embark on a road trip to Blackpool with his Nan (Julie Walters) when he discovers that his hamster only has one week to live.
With a “Who’s Who?” of people lining up to waste their time, the cast includes Julie Walters, Simon Bird, Matt Lucas, Sheridan Smith, Marc Wootton and Jim Broadbent.
