No Stranger Than Love sees young love flourishing as Lucy Sherrington (Alison Brie) gets together with Clint Coburn (Colin Hanks), but then you discover what is stranger, when a big hole opens up in her living room floor, Clint falls down it, and… will he ever get out? It’s not like he just went down to the floor below, so where is he, exactly?
Directed by Nick Wernham from a script by Steve Adams, the film also stars Justin Chatwin, Mark Forward and Christopher Cordell.
Based on the trailer, its quirky nature intrigues me immensely, and I still think Colin Hanks made a superb baddie in the sixth season of Dexter, opposite Edward James Olmos, so I am very much looking forward to this.
No Stranger Than Love is released in the US on June 17th, but as of yet there’s no UK date.
