The first ever computer animated film designed, created and produced from first frame, exclusively for the 3D experience, the DVD release presents both the traditional 2D version and the original 3D expedition complete with x4 pairs of 3D glasses so the whole family can enjoy this magical experience at home.

In 1969, three astronauts dared to go where no man had gone before; the moon. Fly Me to the Moon combines the Apollo 11 mission with a twist involving three tween-aged flies who go along on an incredible space adventure. The film introduces new generations to space exploration and the historic moment when the world was united for this awe-inspiring achievement.

Like those intrepid travellers back in 1969. Fly Me to the Moon will take viewers to a place they have never been before.

Exclusively in 3D animation, FLY ME TO THE MOON is the exciting tale of a brave young housefly, Nat and his two best friends, Scooter and IQ. Inspired by the heroic stories of his Grandpa (CHRISTOPHER LLOYD) and their dreams of visiting outer space, the three astronauts embark on an amazing adventure after sneaking aboard the Apollo 11 spaceship mission to the moon. The film also features an appearance by BUZZ ALDRIN himself. FLY ME TO THE MOON is a truly immersive 3D experience that will literally take you out of this world!

It has a great voice cast including Tim Curry and Christopher Lloyd and the extras include game and DVD-ROM Content.

The DVD is out on January 26th 2009, it runs for 80 mins and retails for £17.99 on DVD,but is currently on Amazon at the link above for £10.98.
