Elite Ghost Team Sees More Action on the Frontlines

The Ghosts are back and ready for moreaction as Ubi Soft announces the Q3 2003 release of a stand-alone Xbox(tm)campaign disk for the award-winning Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon(tm). TomClancy’s Ghost Recon is the game that gave Xbox Live players the totalbattlefield experience and earned numerous awards for its stunning gameplayand features, including Elite award from the Official Xbox Magazine UK,Editor’s Choice Award from ign.com and Best Sound from the “Gamespot’s BestOf 2002” awards.

This first-ever campaign disk for the Xbox video game system from Microsoftwill not require players to have a retail copy of the original game to enjoya new Ghost campaign. Both new recruits and seasoned vets who earned theirstripes playing the original Xbox game will enjoy the camaraderie of theshared battlefield. Xbox Live soldiers can experience the intensity of thefront lines side-by-side with their battlefield brothers while covering eachothers’ backs and calling out commands using the Xbox Live Communicatorheadset.

Gamers who purchase the campaign disk will have future access to exclusivedownloadable content featuring new missions and maps. Included in thecampaign disk will be a dozen game types and 12 multiplayer maps for XboxLive play, including 4 maps from the original Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon.
