Going straight in at No.1, in the UK Top 100 Music Chart w/e May 3rd 2014, Mr Probz with Waves, and I expected a heavy dance track, which is what tends to top the charts these days, but it’s a surprising soulful slow track. Very recommended!
As such, Kiesza drops to No.2 with Hideaway, and it’s okay but nothing more. It has a very early 90s house music vibe, but certainly isn’t No.1 material. There are three other new entries in the Top 10 – entering in order, from 5 to 7, Cash Cash feat. Bebe Rexha with Take Me Home, DJ Cassidy feat. Robin Thicke and Jessie J with Calling All Hearts, and Neon Jungle with Welcome To The Jungle, so nothing to get excited about in any of them.
