Us is called Us because it’s another jump-scare movie from Jordan Peele, and because the baddies are carbon copies of the principal cast, so yes, they’re fighting themselves.
This time, it’s set at a beach house where a family take a nice relaxing vacation… until it all kicks off.
That’s an interesting idea, but while it looks like it could be alright, I remember what a disappointment Get Out was, and how it ripped off other films.
Yes, Get Out WAS poor. A lot of people say it was great. They are all wrong. Read my review of that and you’ll see why.
Us is released in the UK on March 15th 2019.
