Black Widow is the uninspired title for its long-awaited masturbatory-fuelled movie featuring black leather-clad Russian Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson), who speaks like an American, and specialises in kicking.
Along the way, she’ll encounter fellow compatriots who are against her, fat men, and dodgy Russian accents aplenty, and it’s also set between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War, hence why Robert Downey Jr is rumoured to be in it, as Iron Man.
Apparently, Black Widow begins Marvel’s Phase 4, but then the last Spider-man film was also meant to do that, and they just shifted the goal posts. What a surprise.
Synopsis: At birth, the Black Widow is given to the KGB, which grooms her to become its ultimate operative. When the USSR breaks up, the, government tries to kill her as the action moves to present-day New York, where she is a freelance operative. The standalone film will find Romanoff living in the United States 15 years after the fall of the Soviet Union.
Black Widow is released in the UK on May 1st 2020, so just in time for the half-term bank holiday.
