Jonathan, played by Ansel Elgort (Baby Driver), is aman who has a life that no-one seems to know about, and he’s being instructed what to do by himself…
The synopsis states: Jonathan leaves the office everyday at noon. When he gets home, he goes to sleep. Every morning he wakes up and there is a breakfast prepared for him along with a video telling him about the second part of his day.
Basically, it’s a condition where he has a single body, but multi-consciousness, and there’s a great line in the trailer, “I don’t like it when the two of you aren’t getting along”.
Overall, this looks fascinating, and I hope it can pull it off.
Jonathan, also known as Duplicate, is released in the US on November 16th, but as of yet there’s no UK date.
