KILLER SHOTS – THE COMPLETE SERIES
Doing whatever it takes to bring home that perfect shot

Andy Brandy Casagrande IV, or “ABC” as he likes to be called, is not your average wildlife cameraman. He lacks an emotion that people normally have – fear. However, a lack of fear is not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to capturing some of the most thrilling wildlife footage ever seen. Killer Shots, released on DVD by FremantleMedia Enterprises, takes you on location with National Geographic’s intrepid filmmaker as he gets up close and personal with some of the most dangerous animals on the planet: great white sharks, lions and polar bears.

In Great White Ambush “ABC” travels to False Bay, South Africa to infiltrate the hunting grounds of the great white shark to film the way they kill. Andy films the rush of the shark’s sudden ambush and the ferocity of its monster bite from just inches away. While on location, he also records the dangerous approach of a whale as it nearly capsizes his boat.

In Lion Stalker we join Andy on assignment in the Serengeti, racing to film lions and cheetahs on the hunt, and reveal the teeth and the tactics behind the kill. With access to innovative camera techniques like super slow-motion, night-vision and remote controlled camera cars, Andy will do whatever it takes to bring home a killer shot.

The final episode, Tracking the Ghost Bear, sees Andy in the frozen arctic, battling the elements to capture a shot of the legendary polar bear, the largest land carnivore on earth. Temperatures here can dip to fifty degrees below zero, the terrain is vast and brutal, and the polar bears hold every advantage. Just finding the predators in these conditions can be almost impossible, and getting close enough to bring home the shot will stretch Andy to the absolute limit.

In the great tradition of National Geographic’s films, Killer Shots takes its viewers to the heart the best wildlife action. Now discover what life is like behind the lens with one of their most daring cameramen!
