This outrageous horror comedy caper takes fright when the world has suddenly been taken over by legions of giant insects. The how, why and when are lost in the damaged minds of the cocooned human masses. The future of the slumbering victims is left in the hands of perennial slacker Cooper Flynn (Christopher Marquette), who wakes up during the aftermath of the invasion.
Written and Directed by Kyle Rankin (Battle of Shaker Heights) this hilarious horror action survivor film, produced by Bruce Davey (The Passion Of The Christ, Apocalypto), Jeff Balis (Waiting), Rhoades Rader (Dodgeball), and TJ Sakasegawa (Lake Placid 2), stars Christopher Marquette (Alpha Dog, Girl Next Door), Brooke Nevin (Smallville, Greys Anatomy, My Name Is Earl) and Ray Wise (Twin Peaks, Robocop, Good Night, And Good Luck).
The creative production team includes accomplished cinematographer Thomas Ackerman (Beetlejuice), production designer Kess Bonnett (Return To House On Haunted Hill) and edited by Academy Award® nominee David Finfer (The Fugitive).
Digital Special Effects are courtesy of PJ Foley whose credits include Star Trek: The Motion Picutre – Director’s Edition, Hellboy and the Battlestar Galactica Miniseries.
