Who are your ‘Usual Suspects’?Posted: May 6th, 2002.

What do Jamie Theakston, Robbie Williams, Lee Bowyer and Prince Harry all havein common?

According to a recent survey, they’re Britain’s biggest bad boys!! Commissionedto celebrate the retail release of MGM Home Entertainment’s THE USUAL SUSPECTSSPECIAL EDITION DVD this week – in which a crime is committed and the policeare forced to round up “the usual suspects” for questioning – the survey askedthe UK public to pick out the men who are always making headlines by makingmischief.

Number one in the polls was unsurprisingly Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher withover two-thirds of the votes. But making a very unusual Usual Suspect was youngroyal Prince Harry, who hit the headlines recently for his decidedlyteenage – but hardly criminal – activities!

Topping the poll of terrors as well as the pop charts was Robbie Williamswho came in fourth. And top of the league of footballers was Vinnie Jonesin position number two and Lee Bowyer at number three.

Everyone’s favourite disgraced TV presenter Jamie Theakston came arespectable 7th in the list of reprobates, and ex-gangster Dave Courtney andpart-time country gent and full time rebel-rouser, Jay Kay, of Jamiroquaialso made appearances.

The “top of the terrors” line up is as follows:

  • 3. Lee Bowyer
  • 4. Robbie Williams
  • 5. Dave Courtney
  • 6. Jay Kay
