In Animal Friends, Milo, Bella, Fizz and Jake, indulge in stories
and songs about Farmyard Animals, Starfish, Dragons and Wiggly Creatures,
plus there's a rousing version of "Old Macdonald had a Farm".
Party Games, Laughs and Giggles brings you party songs such as
"Tweenie Beat" and "Hokey Cokey", party games and 'Pretend
and Play' sections where they act out Aladdin and the Ugly Bug Ball. It's
also Fizz's birthday.
Like the previous release, this is presented in an anamorphic 16:9 widescreen
ratio, with a superb picture quality that's packed with colours and will
capture the attention of its intended audience.
The average bitrate is 4.84Mb/s or 4.57Mb/s, depending on which programme
you watch.
When it comes to sound, the Tweenies aren't ones to be quiet. They talk to
the camera - such as when it comes to introducing themselves - and kids will
happily sing a long to the tunes.
Extras :
The only real extra is a "Surprise Me" random play feature which works
well but only for the first song chosen. After that it will play the rest
in order until the end of the programme.
All the dialogue is in English and has subtitles in English (for the deaf and
hard of hearing). There are 21 chapters during the two programmes in total
and the main menu is animated with no sound.
Overall, you'll obviously only buy this if your kids are big Tweenies fans,
but if you do - knowing it'll be watched repeatedly - it does make for very
good value.
