Slender Man tells the tale of a tall, thin horrifying figure with unnaturally long arms and a featureless face (played by Annalise Basso), who is reputed to be responsible for the haunting and disappearance of countless children and teens.
And now, a second trailer has been released. The film has also been put back from May 18th (well, we’re past that, now), and now is due for release on August 24th.

So, almost like a modern day Jimmy Savile.
However, in this long and slow trailer, mostly in the dark, it seemed another case of not-particularly-effective jump scares, so I’m not hugely looking forward to this one.
Slender Man slips into UK cinemas on May 18th.
