This movie is considered one of the best casino or gambling-themed movies. Released in 1998, Matt Damon stars as Mike McDermott, a gifted poker player and law student. He would then return to the same tournament later on but goes on to win them and, in the end, gets to settle his debts and play in the World Series of Poker.
The Hangover

The first movie tells the tale of four friends who traveled to Las Vegas. They were to attend the ultimate bachelor party, only to lose the bachelor after rounds of drinking. High Roller: The Stu Ungar Story
This one is a 2003 biopic film focusing on the troubled life of the poker legend Stu Ungar portrayed by Michael Imperioli. The film shows his story, where he started as a bookmaker, being the son of a tournament gin player, and entering the poker scene. The story also covers his personal life – his marriage, the birth of his daughter, and his cocaine addiction, which separated him and his spouse.
