UK Top 100 Music chart summary & my views w/e January 10th 2015

mu100105-george-ezraStaying at No.1, in the UK Top 100 Music Chart w/e January 10th 2015, is Mark Ronson feat. Bruno Mars with Uptown Funk, and they make it sound like there’s a swear word in the chorus beginning with F. How childish.

There’s just one other new entry in the Top 10 – No.2 for Philip George with Wish You Were Mine.

And as there’s nothing new that’s decent in the charts, I’ll go for the bizarre Muffin Time song!

There are new entries in the Top 40 for:

  • 2 Philip George – Wish You Were Mine
  • 28 (50 RE) Clean Bandit feat. Jess Glynne – Rather Be
  • 33 (53 RE) Sigma feat. Paloma Faith – Changing
  • 34 (51 RE) Pharrell – Happy
  • 35 Kanye West feat. Paul McCartney – Only One
  • 36 (44 RE) John Legend – All Of Me
  • 39 (55 RE) Lilly Wood & The Prick and Robin Schulz – Prayer In C
Lower entries outside the Top 40 are as follows:
  • None
In the album charts, George Ezra climbs to No.1 with Wanted On Voyage, knocking Ed Sheeran down to No.2 with x. The new entries are below:
  • Er… none as well.
