UK Top 100 Music chart summary & my views w/e January 3rd 2015: New Year 2015 charts

January 3rd 2015Climbing back from No.2 to No.1, in the UK Top 100 Music Chart w/e January 3rd 2015, is Mark Ronson feat. Bruno Mars with Uptown Funk, and they make it sound like there’s a swear word in the chorus beginning with F. How childish.

As such, Ben Haenow drops to No.2 with Something I Need. It won the X-Factor. I haven’t heard it, and I won’t be listening to it.

There’s just one other new entry in the Top 10 – No.6 for Alesso feat. Tove Lo with Heroes (we could be).

As for last week’s No.5, the thug Wealdstone Raider with Got No Fans, he’s now dropped to No.46.

In tribute to the late Rik Mayall, below is Bad News (with Brian May) siniging Cashing In On Christmas – the Dub Version. Bear in mind, it’s NSFW!
