Justin Bieber climbs back up to No.1, in the UK Top 100 Music chart summary w/e October 15th 2015, with What Do You Mean?, and dear, oh dear, what the hell is this autotuned toss and who has bought it?
As such, Sam Smith drops from the top to No.3, with Writing’s On The Wall, the theme to the new Bond movie, Spectre. Sadly, as I’ve mentioned before, it’s utterly terrible. No-one I know likes it, which makes it even more bizarre that it’s gone straight in at No.1! I know the charts now take in airplay and streaming, not just sales, but still, a lot of people have bought this crap! Why??!!
There’s just one other new entry in the Top 10 – a No.4 for Philip George and Anton Powers with Alone No More.
Paul McCartney has released a new Pipes Of Peace 2-CD Special Edition, which entered the charts below at No.56, and here is the new video for the 2015 remix of Say Say Say, a duet with Michael Jackson, the original for which went to No.2 in October 1983.
