Zoe gives us Léa Seydoux (Spectre) in the titular role, as one of two colleagues at a revolutionary research lab design technology, who look to improve and perfect romantic relationships. As their work progresses, their discoveries become more profound.
Made by Amazon, Theo James plays Ash, a ‘synthetic’, aka a ‘synth’, so just like as per Humans. However, in his case, you can’t tell because he can’t act to save his life.
I do find this kind of film intriguing, so I will certainly check it out, and it comes from Drake Doremus, the director of the superb Breathe In.
Zoe is released in the UK on July 20th.
