A Good Day to Die Hard: While there’s no date yet for the UK release, I can’t see it being too different, but it does highlight the problem with studios today, like 20th Century Fox, where they release a shorter version of the film in the audience – or in the UK, at least, a CENSORED one! – leaving the extended cut for home viewing only, making it not really worth the trip for the cinema. In the case of this film, I haven’t been to see it BECAUSE of the censorship.
That said, the extended version will only be 98 minutes compared to the cinema’s 97, but it’s the principle of the matter.
