A Perfect Day proves to me that the year’s gone fast because it doesn’t feel that long since I saw the teaser for it, but that was back in February!
The film centres around a group of aid workers, working to resolve a crisis in an armed conflict zone. It’s also a film where everything that can go wrong, does go wrong for Mambrú (Benicio Del Toro, superb in the recent thriller Sicario) and B (Tim Robbins).
Directed by Fernando León de Aranoa and also starring Olga Kurylenko and Mélanie Thierry, A Perfect Day looks well worth a watch and while there’s a US date of January 15th 2016, there’s no UK release date for it, as of yet.
