Afflicted is one of those found-footage thrillers where, in this case, two best friends see their trip of a lifetime take a dark turn when one of them is struck by a mysterious affliction. Now, in a foreign land, they race to uncover the source before it consumes him completely.
Starring Derek Lee and Clif Prowse, who also wrote and directed it, there’s no UK release date yet for it, but it looks quite intriguing in the ‘backwards’ way the trailer plays out.
