Cuphead was the last thing I was expecting at E3, but looks bloody amazing and like an old original Disney cartoon from the 1930s!
It’s a classic run-and-gun action game, heavily focused on boss battles. The visuals and audio are painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, such as the traditional hand-drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds and original jazz recordings.
Cuphead is released on September 29th on PC (Windows 10) and is a console exclusive to Xbox One, so out of the Xbox One family, it will be formatted to look best on Xbox One X with 4K HDR graphics.
