Dark Waters stars Mark Ruffalo as corporate defence lawyer Robert Bilott, who takes on an environmental lawsuit against a chemical company which exposes a lengthy history of pollution.
It comes from those behind Spotlight, and it’s similarly going for Oscar glory, as it’s being released on January 24th 2020.
I’m on the fence as to how good Dark Waters will be, though. Time will tell, of course.
