Dead Snow 2: Red vs. Dead is the sequel to 2009’s Dead Snow, and is, quite simply, a Nazi Zombie movie with gore aplenty.
Now, if the worst day of your life consisted of accidentally killing your girlfriend with an axe, chain-sawing your own arm off, and watching in horror as your closest friends were devoured by a zombified Nazi battalion, you’d have to assume that things couldn’t get much worse. Starring Vegar Hoel as Martin, plus Martin Starr, Derek Mears, Amrita Acharia, Ingrid Haas, Kristoffer Joner and Stig Frode Henriksen, this looks bloody incredible and brimming with gore! Okay, it’s nonsense, but it’s fantastic nonsense.
All it needs, as with a lot of films, is a proper UK release date, after its Frightfest UK Premier in August. The US are getting it on a limited run from October 10th.
