Joaquin Phoenix takes on the role of Jesus with Tahar Rahim as Judas Iscariot, and, whatever happens, it’s got to be better than last year’s remake of Ben Hur, right?
Mary Magdelene is released in the UK on March 16th 2018, so just in time for Easter, and I’m thinking that Joaquin Phoenix, as Jesus, will nail it!
