Sky TV have recently sent a letter to my late father – since he used to subscribe to them, which I’ve just received today after it was forwarded to me from his old address, telling him that they’ll be asking him to subscribe to the TV channels, and in the meantime they’ll charge him for line rental for the phone.
This is despite me telling them that he died last month.
