Skyscraper has a second trailer, and with Dwayne Johnson doing for The Towering Inferno what San Andreas did for Earthquake, this new one appears to show everything that happens in the film! Fine! Don’t need to see it, now!
Skyscraper has been brought forward a day to July 12th.

Skyscraper sees Dwayne Johnson doing for The Towering Inferno what San Andreas did for Earthquake. However, while I know the filmmakers won’t have intended there to be any comparisons, I can’t see this doing massively well in London following last June’s Grenfell Tower disaster.
There’s no precise plot details yet known, other than it being a hostage-action-thriller set in China, but as is shown in the trailer, The Rock has been in the army, had his leg blown off, and Sean Harris (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation) is the bad guy, but whatever problems the former faces, nothing will stop him leaping to a certain death from a crane, high up somewhere… and, of course, he’ll survive.
Oh, and spot the obvious Die Hard rip-off moment!!!
I’ve never heard of writer/director Rawson Marshall Thurber before, but Hollywood must have as they’ve signed him up to a Cannonball Run remake, and a sequel to We’re The Millers.
Skyscraper is released in the UK on July 13th.
