The Good Neighbour stars James Caan as harassed Harold Grainey, as across the way, teenagers Ethan (Logan Miller) and Sean (Keir Gilchrist) try and convince him that his house is haunted, by making things go bump in the night.
Directed by Kasra Farahani, from a script by Mark Bianculli and Jeff Richard, the film also stars Laura Innes, Edwin Hodge and Anne Dudek, and from this two-and-a-half-minute trailer, it looks like a serviceable thriller, nothing that’s going to win an Oscar, but something that’s certainly worth a watch, and it’s always good to see Mr Caan in a new movie as it doesn’t happen too often.
The Good Neighbour (or ‘The Good Neighbor‘) is released in the US on September 16th, but as of yet, doesn’t have a UK date.
