There’s no indication of price at the moment, but today Microsoft unveiled their new all-in-one entertainment system, the Xbox One.
Before is the unveiling video, showing both the new Kinect sensor as well as the new Xbox One controller, and forthcoming additions such as a personal homescreen, cinematic gaming, Live TV and Skype.
Personally, however, I don’t quite get it. It looks oversized and bulky and does a lot of things that modern internet TVs can do, such as Skype.
The question is – are Microsoft obsessing too much about whether the new machine should be an all-round entertainment hub, or should it still be about the games? Only time will tell for the Xbox One.
