Buster’s Mal Heart is (as the billing states, and this is backed up with how good the film looks from the second trailer) a bold thriller spiked with dark humor, starring Rami Malek (Mr Robot) as a family man whose chance encounter with a conspiracy-obsessed drifter leaves him on the run from the police and an impending event known as The Inversion.
Written and directed by Sarah Adina Smith, and also starring DJ Qualls, Kate Lyn Sheil and Lin Shaye (Insidious 1-3), Buster’s Mal Heart is released in the US on April 28th, but as of yet there’s no UK date. I do hope that’s rectified soon.
