Dumbo 2019 – Yes, it’s remake time! Again!
This time, it’s a live action version, and with Tim Burton in charge of the directing reins, he insisted that they actually train an elephant to fly!
You’re not aware of the original? Well, it’s about a young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly, allowing him to help save a struggling circus. But when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer.
And to think, that his ears first made him the laughing stock of the struggling circus troupe, until he showed what he can do, and then they all shut the hell up about them!
The film also stars Eva Green, who last worked with Burton on Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children.
Dumbo is released in the UK on March 29th 2019.
